The Glass Menagerie

This beloved play tells the story of the Wingfield family as remembered many years later by son, Tom. Set during the Great Depression, Tom struggles between the pull of obligations and the strong urge to leave them all behind and start his life afresh. The Glass Menagerie is the most revived Broadway play of all time, and for good reason. It is the definition of an American classic.
